We will try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

Due to the nature of our products, used or tampered (broken seal)  candles cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We uphold the integrity of our products and want to make sure unused products are safe for our customers. Our apologies, at this time we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases after 24 hours. We cannot exchange or refund custom candles. However, we will  be more than happy to replace products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at concierge@bonsello.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG OR A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or your item arrived damaged please contact us at concierge@bonsello.com.

Candles and apothecary are all FINAL SALE to maintain the product quality. All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit for the safety of our customers. Thank you for understanding!
